Position Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to coach and guide our software development teams. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible, efficient and problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
• Among the other Scrum Master/ Agile Coach's responsibilities, we expect you to facilitate internal communication, effective collaboration and coach team as mentioned.
• Help build a productive environment that is open, non-judgmental, trustworthy and where team members ‘own’ the product
Must-have skills and experience:
• Exceptional good team facilitator and coach at the first place
• Experience as a Scrum master and/or agile coach
• Prior first-hand experience living the agile manifesto and several scrum implementations is a real must
• Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework along with good understanding of other agile frameworks
• Proven experience working with co-located and geographically distributed teams
• skills in giving feedback
• Ability to drive continuous improvement
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Nice-to-have skills and experience:
• Proven experience in change management
• Ability to work with company values
• Experience with the Jira administration
• Solid understanding of SDLC in the Cloud environment
• Agile or Scrum master certification
